The stuff in dandruff shampoos is selenium sulfide. It is one of the more toxic forms, so whatever you do, don't drink it!

Garlic is high in selenium. Vampires shun Garlic. Garlic may help lower HIV levels.

Therefore; Vampires cause AIDS. When do I get my Government Research grant money?

Agreed. However, the only thing that is ''obvious'' from this little soiree is that the ''reporter'' is chemically (at minimum) illiterate.

The competence of pharmatceutical companies has never been a concern of mine. The ''competence'' of ''journalists'' (sic) is of considerable concern to any rational person.

Would you not agree?

Eating fish in the San Juaquin Delta will probably do the trick too. They have a big problem with Selenium coming out of the rice fields.

Brazil nuts are also loaded with selenium. No garlic breath.

Yes, but nuts give some people the wind - which might indeed satisfy the goal of the other poster, which was to discourage certain behaviors...

LOL! Of course I agree. The problem as I see it is that people who know science tend to write at a level incomprehensible to the layman, and the people who can write for the layman tend to not have a clue what they are talking about.

One other problem for FReepers who know science. Putting up with all the moonbats in a newsroom.

I recommend GNC cholecalciferol--they come in 700 iu--and take at least 5 per day (I have no stock in GNC but back in the 80s I did some work with them and I know for a fact that they only use top of the line ingredients--no bargain basement stuff in their products).

Alternatively, get out in the sun if you live in the south or go to a tanning salon 2-3x/week. That way you won't need the pills.

Best to you, friend.

Magic Johnson-still-healthy-after-15-years-bump.

"But, the AIDS literature has described at least 4621 HIVfree AIDS cases according to one survey – irrespective of, or in agreement with allowances made by the CDC for HIV-free AIDS cases (55). "

It seems that facts like this would open some people's minds but they ignore the facts that don't fit their theories.

There's a lot of junk science in science these days. As usual, Follow The Money explains most of it.

Thank you, I found out I have MS four years ago at 48. It's slow moving, but it will not beat me.

Thanks

Hi Free Republic folk.

I wrote about this in far more detail.
HIV is cured by Methylation

If you want to look at problems with the HIV tests I recommend this.

A video featuring Lee Evans, who won two Olympic gold medals and held three long-standing world records in track and field, is now up and running on YouTube and Google. Lee discusses the myriad of problems with the HIV tests. You can see it at

Oh god, not this denialist bullshit again. If was really just a "harmless passenger virus" then why are there photos of HIV virii infecting white blood cells? Explain that.

i understand that in certain parts of China where selenium levels are low, there appears to be an increase rate of many cancers.
