Methinks Chucky is starting to believe in the "stature" the MSM has bestowed upon him and "a leading Republican opposed to the War". Note to Chucky...Dude, you're being used!"

I was under the impression Chucky was CNN's token "conservative".... I'm not really sure because I watch neither CNN nor MSNBC.

I'm sure it doesn't matter... either way he's a perfect example of what is wrong with the Republican Party.

We can't call them "RINOS" anymore.... his type has taken control.

"CINO" (Conservative In Name Only) is much more appropriate for the 20% - 30% actual conservatives still inhabiting the RINO PARTY.

Hagel Still Thinking

That's a first! Should be filed under breaking news, news fit to print, or fiction is stranger than truth.

If I were Hagel (shudder), I'd quit thinking about 2008. I'd like to see Hagel look out over thousands of glowering delegates at the GOP convention, and feel the ice directed at him.

I became convinced when Clinton was not "convicted" by the Senate that the Republican Moderates who saved his bacon will control the GOP until another Reagan type emerges who is both Conservative and can communicate to the American people, something this administration is woefully inept at. America is basically conservative by nature...most people of means are. But with the complicity of the MSM the Dims are able to control the debate so that we are on defense most of the time and guilty until proven innocent no matter what the issue is.

I always think it's kind of funny when some virtually unknown senator or governor from either party with no supporters, no personality, no agenda, and polling an * (less than one percent) in all the polls decides to run anyway.

What arrogance that must take! I can't recall any election in recent memory in which the winner of the either party nomination wasn't one of the top 3 polling candidates going into the primary season. (which actually scares me this time because the top three republican candidates are liberals - Ronald Reagan must be turning over in his grave)

This guy is nuts. He wants us to lose this war so he can look better as a presidential candidate.
