At least he did not say the creator was right-wing because he knows Rush.

"I had dinner with the creator of '24' [note: IMDB lists Joel Surnow and Robert Cochran as co-creators], and let me say, he was a right-wing fanatic. Let's not pretend that he isn't." Who were all the sick lefties who put together The West Wing?
And that putrid Gena Davis vehicle??

Jim Pinkerton offered an ominous closing take: "An attack like that is coming, and we all know it."I agree........ soon after Iran is hit we will get hit. Not to say that Iran shouldn'r be drilled.

Especially its producer, Larry "lies, lies, lies, lies" O'Donnell, undoubtedly a distant cousin of Rosie.

Don't viewers get sick of Law and Order dusting off their tired old far right skinhead (Christian), terror plot? Evidently not.

Gabler is a good writer but he always looks like he had way too much coffee......... and acts like he has a pebble in his shoe and a tack on his chair.

Gabler is an ass.
Neither 'creators' of "24" are Right-wing fanatics. They never attend the meetings and are not dues paying members of Right Wing Fanatics of America. Neither of the 'creators' of "24" even subscribe to the secret RWFA newsletters or position papers.
Sheesh!

" Jane Hall considers it paranoid to be concerned about the threat of nuclear terrorism: "They're playing to the paranoia of this age, and conservative people are picking up on it and saying 'this could happen here. Mushroom cloud if you don't let Bush do what we think Bush should be doing.'" "
Which leads me to wonder what Ms. Hall thinks (admittedly a question-begging phrase) about AlGore's movie and Heidi Cullen taking over the Weather Channel...

"An attack like that is coming, and we all know it." I'm really tired of this ominous statement that doesn't have to come true! If the western world would just take off the gloves and get down and dirty with the terrorists and the regimes that support them--like we used to do--it's unlikely a so-called suitcase nuke would be reality in the U.S.
There is a reason there were virtually no major acts of terrorism until the late 80's in the U.S. We now let politically correct techniques influence tactical and strategic maneuvers regarding the gathering of intel and the execution of countermeasures.
America became nice. America became fair. American became wussified.

Liberals have to deny rational fears of terrorism, just as they must deny the reality of abortion versus their fantasy world, to assure no one notices the incongruity of the real world, their rhetoric about it, and the policies they pursue. Being a Liberal means being in denial. A Liberal would rather be fashionable than appear to be cognizant of the threats the nation faces. To have even the slightest concerns about the dangers our nation faces strikes a Liberal as being paranoid.

But unlike the 9-11 show that was on ABC which specifically cited Bush as a great hero... Eitthe Dhimmi Gabler didn't watch it... or he's making sh*t up again. Seeing that he's a 'media-critic' and it's his job to 'watch'... I'll go with the latter.

With so many lies from Gabler, it's hard to mention them all, but no one picked up on this one: "But unlike the 9-11 show that was on ABC which specifically cited Bush as a great hero, this does not do that."
And why would the right-wing "creator" of '24' have dinner with Gabler?
