MORE CORRECTIONS TO MY HORRIBLY STATED POST ABOUT EXPELLING HAGEL. That was MY comment, no Brit's. WOW! I really stepped in it by posting before enough coffee this morning. Apologies to all who were confused by what I said.

Right on. As things are with the ignorance and indifference of to much of the voting public and the lefty alignment of the media/schools/entertainment business, etc., I think she will be Prez.

It looks grim from here. I have to find my passport.

:-)

I got home from church in time to see the last part of McCain...he looked kinda down in the dumpers.

I saw Brownback in THIS WEEK for me it's between Brownback & Rommney.

I wonder Maxine Waters will talk about the steelers new coach. I think her husband used to play for the steelers.

The only 'safe' place to escape from all of them is probably some Pacific uninhabited atoll.

One has a penis and the other is very sensitive about his ears..

I'm trying desperately to think of a clever response to that but I can't!!May be the quote of the day!!

I don't see laughing boy/ambulance chaser Johnnie boy getting on the team even as VP, truth is he probably couldn't get reelected in his home state..

So her campaign is being run by out-of-work English Lit. majors

That is probably not too far off the mark. For years now literary critics have fancied themselves the new philosophers and arbiters of postmodern reality. At schools like Wellesley, Brown, etc, the litcrit bunch have been the faculty Gauleiters.

Remember too OldFriend, NBC is in a heap of trouble by its involvement in the Scooter Libby Case. Russert, et al, will be taking the stand in this case -- It is Russert's word against Libby's word in this case. Expect Team Libby to crucify Russert on the stand, at least I hope they do. I look forward to them showing clip after clip after clip of Russert openly misquoting and lieing about this administration...Russert and Matthews and Mitchell. It should be fun to get the recap of that testimony.

Be sure to watch FNS later today. Mara, indeed, appears to have a televised orgasm as she comments on how "intelligent" and wonderful the Democrat candidates are. Juan puts forth the Democrat talking points that it's not Hillary but Bill as to her negatives, but Brit shoots that down. And, that's just for the first segment of their round table.

It will not be Hillary/Obama. It will be Hillary Richardson. Obama brings nothing to the table. Hillary will get the blacks. Hillary will get Illinois. Richardson gives Hillary Hispanics, Experience and New Mexico. And maybe other western states like Colorado.

Also, you are missing the two largest issues this weekend. SNL tore into Hillary. The question is, will others in the press tear into Hillary. Or will some start to ask Obama a hard question. Obama was a non-issue on the talk shows. His poll ratings of 17% dismissed him a week after he announced his candidacy.

I read this morning the Daley's of Chicago hate Hillary and are going to run Osama Obama's campaign out of Chicago the same as Richard Daley did when Kennedy ran and won the Illinois primary by 8,000 votes. Seems we, on Free Republic, are not the only people who cannot abide Ms. Clinton.

This may be the first election since what--1972? with no presidential candidate debates. Hillary was asked recently in an interview what her favorite book was. She hemmed and hawed and finally said, her office would get back to the interviewer. No way this manufactured shrink-wrapped candidate will risk exposure to open competition.
