Wisconsin Company Nasty To Soldier Serving in Iraq

A soldier based in Iraq got this response when inquiring as to whether or not the company ships overseas. He wanted to get the troops better gear to sleep on.

To Whom it may concern:

Do you ship to APO addresses?

I'm in the 1st Cavalry Division stationed in Iraq and we are trying to order some mats but we are looking for who ships to APO first.

(He also said that he appreciates the support of the many people who have asked us for his e-mail address in order to provide him with the mats he was seeking, but he asked that we not give it out as he has already found a supplier and is being bombarded with e-mail.)

So it's definitely the rude company employee who needs to be the focus of any action.

I'm the technical contact for my company. Some of our products are used in up-armored Humvees and other areas. When I get a call or e-mail from any military application, I go out of my way to assist them and thank them.
sometimes even breaking company standards to make sure they get what they need.

Not that I'd ever get in trouble for breaking a policy to help a customer.

Good if anyone can get to the bottom of this it is Mark. Just from memory as I recall everything on the west side of 106th street is either apartments condos or car dealers in that area.

I may drive by the address after it stops snowing it is only a few miles from where I live and if I am correct it is just some guy running a website from his house although I am not sure. If it is an apartment or Condo you can be darn sure I am going to check the building codes regarding running a business from homes in West Allis.

Just did a mapquest search then took screen shot and I was confused I thought HWY 100 was 106th street but was wrong 106th is 2 blocks east and I am positive it is residential area so will call WA City Hall and if they prohibit running a business from a home might consider complaining and get him put out of business. Sorry I am not sure how to embed a photo but here is direct link to the screen shot I took the Orange on the right is the freeway Oklahoma is business ares as is hwy 100 but 106th is all residential of that I am sure.
