Vigilante law supporters feed the anti-gun nuts wishes for more gun control.

He put her in a some type of weekend program at a hospital but when released, did not pick her up but instead allowed her friends to pick her up and take her to the boyfriends house. Daddy deserves life in prison, not just for murder but for being a crappy parent.

know I will probably be "flamed" for this, but here goes my "solution", First, find out who gave or sold them the drugs, if they don't tell have them locked up, if they do and it can be proved sue them or their parents for their rehab, and damage they have caused. Basically I'm saying to make the "pushers" parents responsible and or take away the incentive for these parasites to sell drugs. I know this could be dangerous to the user or their parents, but you must do something.
I suggested this years ago and was told this cannot be done because you are in essence being a criminal (user)
suing a criminal (pusher)

Perhaps Daddy should have had the parenting skills to not permit his 1 year old daughter not to date a 24 year old man Wow, now THAT is a REALLY BAD FATHER!

Perhaps Daddy should have had the parenting skills to not permit his 16 year old daughter not to date a 24 year old man and to not let his daughter become a Junkie.

Sounds more like remedial birth control....
Maybe this could be a new ad campaign by Planned Parenthood....

"No, what this guy did was completely wrong, and he should thank his stars that he only got 10 years."
I disagree. We all need to remember that the purpose of a justice system is to insure justice without those treated unjustly having to resort to retribution. To the degree the justice system does not do its job, the need for retribution arises. While I believe in human compassion for drug addicts, they should not have access to our loved ones to corrupt in the proselytizing of their own addictions. If the justice system doesn't work effectively to protect our loved ones from these predators, then at some point retribution becomes justified. I respect this father! Had I been on his jury...

The only law that I break that I'm aware of is going about 10 miles over the speed limit.
I'm not stupid and won't become a vigilante. Though I can dream....... lol

Why didn't he kill his daughter? It was her free will that was making her do drugs.
To: trumandogz
"Would it make you happy if people began randomly killing both drug dealers and drug users?"Yes. They should do it methodically.
To: robertpaulsen
No. They should do it methodically.

I see you have been giving some thought to what it's going to take to "create a drug free America".

This guy didn't even make the time to pick his daughter up from the hospital and bring her home but he had the time to go over to her boyfriend's house with a loaded pistol and blast him away.
To: Star Traveler
you wrongfully and unnecessarily took the life of anotherThe judge is wrong. While it might have been wrongful (the morals of that are debateable), it was clearly necessary.
The judge seems to lack common sense.
