I'm ashamed to be a Republican nowadays. Liberals have no shame and fight for everything they get with all stops pulled out. When are conservatives gonna wise up & fight fire with fire and quit taking the freakin' high road with these vermin? If we don't then we deserve to lose, just like we did last November.
My philosphy on the last election is that people didn't actually vote for Democrats, they voted for gridlock. They just failed to realize that the differences between the parties is becoming smaller and smaller. They are both runaway trains.

One of the big problems here is the liberals are doing the fighting full time. They get on activism grants.
WE, who fund these grants with OUR tax dollars, have to do what we can inbetween work, family and bills.

FYI about the losses. LCR campaigned AGAINST conservative republicans. They are under investigation for it too.
Guess where LCR gets money from? RNC. I've stopped donating to them. I only give directly to candidates I support now.

Because when we quit taking the high road we will cease to be conservatives. Reagan took the high road and did it effectively. What we need to do is stop being inept and acting as though principles are negotiable.
Maybe if people didn't stay home on the very day that matters, we wouldn't be in this situation we find ourselves in.

Looks like NEVER. Those in RNC leadership positions are completely out of touch with us. They really do believe the lib media spin that the Nov '06 elections were a referendum on the war and "right wing" Republicanism.
We better be ready for more election losses if things don't change. Nov '06 will look like a nice little slice of heaven compared to what Hitlery or Osama Hussein Obama will unleash on this country. We'll be praying for a return to the good ol' days when Bela Pelosi wanted Global Warming hearings.
I agree with everything you've said. This "high road" leads to an unfair fight with the dems, who will stop at nothing.
We may maintain the "high moral ground", but may end up losing elections. So what's the point?
