The report on the investigation of the Haditha slayings by the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS), leaked to the Washington Post by anonymous Pentagon sources, is based on incomplete information and is badly flawed, a source tells NewsMax.
In an careful, point-by-point examination, a veteran Marine intelligence officer, who was present and monitored the day-long action from its onset, revealed to NewsMax unknown facts either ignored by the NCIS or of which the agency seemed totally unaware.

Telephone calls to the DC idiots don't matter a rip unless there are thousands of them. Then, they take notice. In my past experience of working in the political arena, all the DC idiots care about is staying in power. The country, our security, anything else has a much lower priority. Getting elected and reelected is foremost in their power-hungry, egotistical pea brains.
When they receive thousands of telephone calls and emails, they perk up because they figure the "common folk" or peasants are upset and they better take action to placate them.

The NCIS is a civilian, federal agency and is subject to all the abuses inherent in federal bureaucracies.

I'm upset, and haven't taken the 10 deep cleansing breaths that are needed to post..... suffice it to say. If I were out in the bush or in the dark and one of my friends or family was railroaded I would not be selling my house and getting into debt.
I would be finding the exact chain of command and those responsible for this, especially the field interrogators and the case manager.

This NCIS is an organization sorely in need of an investigation and public exposure. I feel like we're still in the Clinton administration since it appears the NCIS detests all things military.

Thats why I would never talk to military investigators without a lawyer. I would never hold it against a soldier if they asked for a lawyer.
I sat on 3 court martials. The military investigators will use all types of tricks to get you to talk without a lawyer. They will of course state you don't need a lawyer, what will your 1SG or Commander think if they knew you weren't cooperating.
Sadly I think too many investigators get an idea, theory, of what happened and get the facts to fit their theory.
I won't be happy until that "view" number gets up to about 30,000.
