This is disgraceful. Law officers have the right to fire on fleeing suspects, especially on our borders. Snow is merely trying to spin this. I do not know why they are hanging these two guys but it is BS IMO.

And Bush, a long time secret liberal, conspired with President Fox, to pack the jury with other secret liberals that secretly work for Hallibutin in Mexico.

The border agents were not protecting Bill Clinton.
If they had been protecting Bill Clinton ala Sandy Berger they would not have anything to worry about.

My feeling from dealing with US Attorneys is they are very pro-gov't and will protect their own. So to throw these too under the bus so to speak, says to me something else may of happened.
The question is - do we trust the Jury to do the right thing?
Right or wrong, I do believe in the strength of our legal system. To start saying that our juries are wrong strikes at the heart of our constitution (in my opinion).
Saying that, it seems fishy.

The few main questions I have always had were;
did the government ever match the bullet to the gun of one of the agents?
Additionally did the doctor who removed it testify that it was the bullet removed from the illegal alien drug smuggler?
Is the bullet still available with the DNA of the criminal on the bullet?
Inquiring minds would like to know.

I do not know why they are hanging these two guys but it is BS IMO. Could it be that they were doing their job too well? Each of these men had over 100 drug busts.

At that point yet, Snow noted, the agents "did not know if he was an illegal. They did not know that there were 700 pounds of marijuana
"
But like you said they DID know he was fleeing and had pulled a gun. Isn't that enough? This is ridiculous. As I told someone who alerted me to this story, pretty soon they'll be charged for even noticing people illegally crossing the border.

Yes, he is suing the U.S. government for $5 million alleging that the shooting violated his civil rights.
To: Mr. Mojo
On another related question, Kinsolving asked Snow: "What is the White House reaction to The Washington Times reporting that our National Guard troops in the Mexican border near Sasabe, Arizona being required to be disarmed, and who had to evacuate due to incursions by armed Mexicans?" "Talk to the Border Patrol about that," Snow said. And if they answer, they'll probably get sued for slander/libel or made into racists and bigots.

in the last sentence of the document linked in post #6 the Department of Justice confers Constitutional rights (and specifically 4th amendment right to be free from "illegal siezure") on this illegal alien drug smuggler!
To: Mr. Mojo
causing the man to run in fear of what the agents would do to him next.
Like send him to jail for 20 years?

Ya well i don't know what a border bat is but i do know what a border pimps. I to will take the word of a drug smuggler and a white house flak before the border patrol guys. By the way you pimps have to do better than border bat .
