The few main questions I have always had were;
did the government ever match the bullet to the gun of one of the agents?
Additionally did the doctor who removed it testify that it was the bullet removed from the illegal alien drug smuggler?
Is the bullet still available with the DNA of the criminal on the bullet?

Inquiring minds would like to know.

The US Attorney has stated that the ballistics test matched the bullet to Ramos' gun. According to Andy Ramirez the ballistics report was never given to the defense team. No ballistics report is available.
