Kagan runs a notorious illegal business. About what you would expect from a low-life like this. Typical democrat party sociopath.

"You're in the White House and you think you're safe. . . . My name's Dr. Multimillionaire and I kicked your ass."

Bizarre. Does he realize that there are 434 other members of the House?

""Kagen told a group of activists that after he found himself in the restroom with Rove, he blocked the White House deputy chief of staff's departure by holding the door closed."

Then I held his head in the toilet and made him say "UNCLE, UNCLE, UNCLE"

What a sophmoric jerk...

That is one guy I would gladly give up 30 to 90 days of freedom in exchange for smashing him in his big mouth. Too bad the president can't defend his wife's honor by challenging him to a duel...on CNN...

Dr. Multimillionaire's boast to his constituents has about as much credibility as Saint Hilary's claim that she tried to join the Marine Corps. Or Jean-François Kerry's story about Christmas in Cambodia. Or Billy Jeff's tale about black churches that burned in Arkansas. Leftwing politicians tend to be congential liars. To paraphrase Ann Richards, They jes' cain't hep it!

Reading everything that's out there, my sense is that something did happen. The WH denial is not across-the-board, and Kagen himself has not denied it at all.

So Wisconsin will be having a difficult time getting special projects added to the spending bills, eh?

Why doesn't he just paint a big sign on his back: Waiting for Karma.

There was a time when insulting a man's wife either publicly would get you an invitation for a surise meeting about a half-mile outside of town and told that your second would contact his to make all the final arrangements.

Amen!! That or delivered a right cross to the jaw.

If this A$$clown really did block the door to Karl Rove in that restroom so that Karl Rove could not leave in most states he is by his own admission guilty of kidnapping. These are the same circumstances that the Durham, North Carolina prosecutors are using to prosecute the three lacrosse players. Denying the accuser the ability to exit that bathroom. So why doesn't the FBI charge this clown?

FDA faults congressman's allergy product

By FREDERIC J. FROMMER Associated Press Writer
© 2007 The Associated Press

WASHINGTON — Federal health officials have warned freshman Rep. Steve Kagen that his Wisconsin allergy practice is in apparent violation of federal law for manufacturing and selling allergy shots without a valid license.

According to a letter sent to Kagen by the Food and Drug Administration, Kagen manufactured a variety of ragweed and grass allergen vaccines from commercially distributed pollen and sold the shots to patients at his clinic and in at least 24 other states.

The FDA letter, which was dated Dec. 18 but wasn't posted online until Thursday, said that Kagen, D-Wis., did not have a valid license required for introducing a biological product into interstate commerce.

At issue are products marketed by Kagen's clinic such as Poly RW, Super Ragweed, Poly Grass and Super Grass. Kagen is a medical doctor.

Kagen Caught in Lie

(Madison) – First he tried to pull a fast one by using his allergy business to promote his political aspirations, now Steve Kagen is lying about his past.

In an interview with Roll Call newspaper, Kagen said "I never even employed an attorney," [Kagen] said, adding that the delinquent patients he pursued had the ability to pay. "It's political deception. ... That hocus-pocus won't play here anymore." (Roll Call, 9/14/06)

Court records prove that Kagen is lying about his past. The truth is, Kagen hired an attorney on multiple occasions to make patients pay up. The Executive Director of the Republican Party of Wisconsin, Rick Wiley, says Kagen’s lies are nothing to sneeze at.

“Kagen may be able to get rid of the sniffles, but he can’t get rid of his past,” Wiley said, “It’s bad enough he went after 80 of his patients, but to lie about it proves he can’t be trusted to represent the values of the people in Northeast Wisconsin .”

According to research from the National Republican Congressional Committee :

· On March 29, 2000 Kagen Allergy Clinic used an attorney from Yakes, Bauer, Kindt, & Phillips, SC to sue Steven and Crystal Rose for medical charges plus interest and fees (Summons and Complaint, Kagen Allergy Clinic, Sole Proprietorship v. Steven and Crystal Rose Jr., Case No. 00SC845, Outagamie County Circuit Court, filed 3/29/00);

· On May 1, 1995 Kagen Allergy Clinic used attorney Frank J. Endejan to sue Ronald & Mary Kottke (Summons and Complaint, Steven L. Kagen v. Ronald & Mary Kottke,Case No. 95SC1215, Fond du Lac County Circuit Court, filed 5/1/95);

· On October 11, 1994, Steve Kagen, M.D. used an attorney from Werner, Lindgren & Johnson, S.C. to sue August and Marjorie Fischer for services rendered three years earlier (Summons and Complaint, Steve Kagen, M.D. v. August J. Fischer Jr., et al., Case No. 94SC1002, Waupaca County Circuit Court, filed 10/11/94) ;
