Somebody on Fox said that the evidence in the case against Nifong was greater than the evidence in the case against the players. Pretty good point.
I believe the accuser in a criminal matter is the People of North Carolina.
Regardless of who the accuser is, the accuser isn't guaranteed a fair trial. The accused is guaranteed a fair trial.
That Nifong's attorney doesn't seem to know that is disturbing.
LOL! Coming from her, how would one know when she was telling the whole truth? Her stories have varied so much!! Granted, she could at least corroborate what the other witnesses have said in this case, but regarding anything else, like a case against Nifong, her credibility is still zilch.
For formalities sake the new lawyers have to take a look at the evidence. I bet within a week the case is dropped.

Even if the Special Prosecutor were fully aware of all the discussions on Durham-In-Wonderland, etc. it would be grossly improper to drop the case on the basis of anything other than either original documents/transcripts or certified copies thereof.
Although I will tip my hat to her father for not bailing her out.

Yes, this her third child; all of whom by men she was never married to and two of whom she had by another man/men, whilst married to someone else.
