Rosie O’Donnell To Be Fired From “View”
My CBS insiders just had "too many cocktails for a Tuesday night" with ABC insiders. Word on West 66th Street (ABC) is that Barbara Walters, who has life or death decision authority for “The View,” has had it with Uber-Dyke Rosie O’Donnell and has given ultimatum to the suits at ABC.
There was a recent makeup room spat, but that is just latest in the Battle of the Broads. Other heavy battles between each woman's supporters have not been reported, but there have reportely been vicious behind-the-secenes cat fights.
(Actually, other than being a typical NY News Liberal, Miz Walters is not a bad lady at all and hosts GREAT parties. Just ask Dianne Sawyer!)
It will take another incident or two, but toilet mouth Rosie will walk or be walked rather soon. Her agent will get the “Mafia Kiss” phone call sometime within next two weeks.

It's my opinion (based on myself) that women do not like other women to behave like pretend men. It's just phony.
My sister (ordinary housewife type) watches this show. She hates Rosie, but keeps watching because "there just isn't anything else on". She does not have cable.
She says it's more like not being able to not rubber neck at a car crash. The popularity of the show has nothing to do with "loving" Rosie.
Agreed. That's why Rosie gets fired. Walters WANTS to fire her.
Trump and Walters understand each other very well. Neither of them like Rosie.

I want to read that letter Trump wrote today.........oh my gawd, it was wonderfully devastating.
But she can be funny. I wish she'd stick to her strong suit; humor. She has tried to meld "political" maverick with her humor schtick, and it makes me cringe because she is NOT informed. She shoots her mouth off.

A reported backstage confrontation, Donald Trump calling Barbara Walters a liar, the developer's feud with Rosie O'Donnell is a gift that keeps on giving for gossip columnists. And it can't get any tougher for the broadcast legend caught in the middle.
Trump sent a letter to O'Donnell on Tuesday, distributed by the TV show "The Insider," saying Walters told him in a private conversation that working with O'Donnell is "like living in hell."
Trump said Walters called him while on vacation trying to end the feud by apologizing for O'Donnell's behavior. She supposedly told him "Donald, never get in the mud with pigs" and "don't worry, she won't be here for long," according to the letter.
He also said he ran into Walters at Le Cirque two months ago and asked how O'Donnell was doing, and Walters said, "Donald, do you have to ruin my meal?"
And she'll say its all because she's a homosexual. Watch.
"Someone probably said something similar in Sodom right before the flaming brimstone began falling."
Well, that could explain the sulfer smell in Manhattan the other day.

Doing ok. Have been fighting vertigo/dizziness since I had surgery back in June. Other than that though the surgery was a success.
Did you have a good Christmas and New Year's? We did! My son came to visit and I hadn't seen him in a year. We spent the time cooking and baking which was something I'd never had the time to do back when he was growing up. I gave him a set of pots and pans for Christmas and he's actually used them since he got back to Houston.
