Thank you to us FReepers who support the President, and all he stands for. The next weeks are going to be trying.
It's going to be rough, but he is such a man of courage that we have to be as strong as he is.

I wasn't under the impression that the purpose of the thread was to bitch about what we don't like about the President.

Just me...but I think we have vastly underestimated the problems in the Muslim world. They don't care what we think; they don't want us there.
I don't know that I would have done anything differently from this President, but we shouldn't be giving up American lives in this effort.
I am sorry if this is hurtful...it's just what I feel.

I think you should be taking a clue from our soldiers. I have quite a few friends in the military (and friends whose husbands are in the military) and they WANT to be there. It's THEIR choice. THEY signed up. And despite the rantings of silly liberals, no one forced them to.
That's not the point. There are THOUSANDS of threads trashing the President on immigration. Find one of them if that's what you want to talk about.
My parents always taught me that gratitude is a MUST in ones life. THANKYOU for starting this thread. THANKYOU Mr. President. I am praying for you that God will help you in every decision you make...

This needs to be spread far and wide.
All he needs to do is let the dogs of war loose. They want to kill us, but we want to make them our friends? Never going to happen. Kill them and keep killing them until there is peace or they are all gone. Look at history, the only way to defeat an enemy is to kill them not appease them.
While I support the President Bush, he will not win ever if he choose to make friends with the enemy and the MSM.

I am not without fault. I suspect you have your own faults also. President Bush as well.
It is my duty as a concerned citizen to publicly support him when he is right (which is most of the time) and do what I can - including bitching - when he is wrong.

It's the "individual soldiers" who are choosing to put their lives on the line.
And there are about 20,000 other threads for you to discuss immigration. I never said the President was perfect. I'm just saying the name of this thread is "Thank you" NOT "Let's talk about why I think President Bush sucks." And saying that you fully support the Pres and then following that up with saying that he's at risk of becoming the worst President ever seems a little schizophrenic to me.
