That appears to be an international container on a trailer. These are very flexible transportation assets. Focus on the container identification, not the trailer.

Watching FNC now but very little coming in
On Fox they are really focussing on the driver's lack of a manifest.
There's some kind of support under the container. Running along the underside ofhe container or the flatbed it's sitting upon? That's where the Something Marine was printed. FNC had video, but I'm having a hard time running it. Maybe someone can get a look and see if anything can be made out from FNC's video.
Nope. No basement. But my home was built in 1936 and is made of poured concrete not cbs. We were not touched by Hurricane Andrew in 1992. Some of the recent storms required us to replace the roof, but it was normal for the age of the roof. Still not cheap, though. :~(

It doesn't sound like an overreaction when the driver of the truck claims he doesn't know what his cargo is, and yet there was a manifest, and also the fact that there are two people hiding in the cab. Doesn't sound like a simple case of racial profiling to me.
