Last Tuesday a French court ruled the opposite : French court rules pork soup kitchen not racist

May I assume then that no meat will be distributed in any form, as that would discriminate against Hindus?

But the judge said the group's Web site indicated it was a policy to refuse dessert to anyone who did not eat some soup first.

How can you have any pudding if you don't eat your meat!

His ruling approved a decision by Paris police to refuse permits to the group on the grounds that such handouts could spark angry reactions.

Not much of legal basis for the decision, eh?...The law of the land apparently is 'whatever that which will appease violent.'
