(Cleveland) - The former leader of Ohios largest mosque has been deported to the Palestinian Territories.
Imam Fawaz Damra was convicted two and a half years ago of lying to hide his ties to groups the government considers terrorist organizations. He arrived in Jordan at 4:00 am Friday morning, and then was taken to the Palestinian Territories.
Earlier, Damra had agreed to be deported to the Persian Gulf nation of Qatar. There were several nations that agreed to accept him.
The 46-year-old was the spiritual leader of the Islamic Center of Cleveland. He was also convicted of lying on his immigration documents, and that's what led to his deportation.
While the deportation order was issued a year ago, it took this long to get everything into place.

There. Fixed it.
Ok. So that's one out of the largest Mosque in Ohio.
Read my profile page & links, and realize this mosque and its leaders are all corrupt, dangerous, and radical.
This is one small fish in a really dirty pond.
Good.

Good start!
Time to drain the pond.
There's a nice little bit of editorial bias.
Who can we deport next????
On Feb. 5, 1993, an FBI agent investigating international terrorism visited Imam Fawaz Damra at his Cleveland mosque, hoping to learn more about a group of Muslim radicals in New York City.
Do you know El Sayyid Nosair, the man accused of assassinating the founder of the Jewish Defense League? the agent asked the young cleric.
No, Damra answered, according to court documents.
How about Mahmoud Abouhalima, one of Nosairs friends?
No, Damra replied again.
Three weeks later, on Feb. 26, 1993, a truck bomb exploded beneath the World Trade Center.
Nosair, it turned out, had helped the bombers, and Abouhalima had masterminded the scheme. And by years end, Damra had conceded to the FBI that he knew them both.

Like the joke goes, it's a beginning.
I have been following these cases for a while now.
Cleveland appears to be or had been a central receiving point for islamic immigrants. Here they could acquire fake id's, money, bank accounts...which then led to gun purchases etc. All of these incidents are linked to this one mosque.
What will it take to shut it down? (rhetorical)

"Damra had agreed to be deported to the Persian Gulf nation of Qatar."
Agreed?!? Why do they give them a choice? I'd just drop them on an uninhabited island in the Pacific or I hear they're calling for moslems to lead jihad in Somalia. Why not send him there? If I were in in charge I'd send him to the place I think he's least like to go.
He's back where he belongs..... in his Islamic Paradise
Nope they get a choice.
And the real kicker...he can apply for a VISA to come back to the US...
Plus he has got a full contigent of associates already here:

Why did it take two and a half years to ship his ass out?
Well, that's one down, how many more to go?
