The following people have been arrested and charged with the federal crimes of copyright infringement (Title 18, Section 2319) and trafficking in counterfeit labels (Title 18, Section 2318)


Hicham Tibtani, 35, male, citizen of Morocco, living in Edgewood, KY

Abdul Naser Al-Sweity, 35, male, citizen of Jordan, living in Erlanger, KY

Abdelati Nachat, 28, male, citizen of Morocco, living in Covington, KY

An additional suspect, Ajwad Fadal Abdallah Alausud, 31, male, citizen of Palestine, living in Newport, has been charged with violation of nonimmigrant status and alien in posession of a firearm

Should also note that the original article stated the raid was on a "family". From the names and ages it looks more like a "cell" than a "family".
