If you check my posting history you will find I am pretty hard core Christian, but it doesn't do anybody any good saying Muslims, in their intentions to worship the God of Abraham and Moses, are worshipping a God that isn't the God of Abraham. They may be worshipping Him in a way that is not proper, they may not see Jesus as not Emmanuel, God With Us, who came to earth to save us, but they think they are worshipping the same God that Jesus called Father.
Jesus IS God, as far as I'm concerned, the 2nd Person of the Trinity, The Father is God, and the Holy Spirit is God; all together they are one God in a way not completely understandable by humans. I have friends who are only comfortable in thinking about God the Father, or perhaps God as God without dealing with or accepting the Triune nature of God that I believe in.
I don't believe in the Islamic faith. But I do believe they think they are worshipping the same God that Abraham, Moses and Jesus witnessed to. And because of that, because of that intention, all games people play saying the God they worship is not God is not helpful. Their ritual may very well be drawn from pre-Islamic pagan roots. But their intention isn't to worship some moon God. Their intention is to worship the God of Abraham.
God knows what is going on and reads the hearts of people. What he does with that knowledge is up to him. I won't tell him what to do. I will only do what I believe he has told me what to do, and leave it at that.
But labeling people's intentions in ways that make you comfortable, but don't reflect what they mean always helps put blinders on YOUR eyes, not theirs.
That was right after he took power. And as the names were called, grown men were seen crying and screaming, swearing their allegiance to Saddam, begging for mercy as they were dragged from the room.
For twenty-five years the world knew what he was up to, from day one.
Sometimes justice is slow... but I still have faith in it.
It would with the spinal cord snapped in two and not being able to support it.
That's the great thing about paranoia...there's always something going on, and you're always at the center of it......

The question is not whether you believe Muslims are worshiping the same god as Christians and Jews, the question is do Muslims believe they are worshiping the same god as Christians and Jews.
Fuzzy vidio is inconclusive, just like video of UFO's. You can tell something (or someone) is there, but was it really saddam or his double, or someone else finishing the video?
It looks like it is saddam and the hanging did take place.
But in the world of deception we live in, can the players really be trusted as really closing the deal?
I should have faith, but there are reasons why I shouldn't have faith either.

They may believe it, but they are not. All you have to do is see what this false "god" tells them to do to see it is a radical and very evil difference.
And I don't have to make anything up on my own. The Bible is very clear that there is no way to heaven except for faith in His Son.
