I don't necessarily buy into that argument. A Moderate Republican is more likely to attract the moderate democrats and might be able to bring more people together in the final analysis.

I haven't posted much lately, but I just have to comment tonight on the hanging death of Saddam. FINALLY! Finally, justice has been served. Saddam is dead. We've waited years to hear those words, and it was worth the wait. God bless the veterans of Operation Desert Storm, and God bless the veterans, and active-duty men and women of Operation Iraqi Freedom. I also hope and pray that the families of those whose loved ones were murdered by Saddam and his regime will rejoice and find peace.
