My understanding was that the transfer to IRAQI custody was to be a PAPER transfer only, and he would remain in the physical custody of the US, until dead man walking time...I believe I read that on a FReep thread yesterday. It makes sense, too.
Hubby just said the he will never be out of US custody....they will remain with him until he is dead!
