Wonder who the anonymous leaker is? It is shameful that the media would be allowed to compromise the security of the American forces guarding Hussein. This leak put American military forces in danger, but the cheerleaders are celebrating. If he gets sprung and is given sanctuary back in Syria, all bets are off. Hopefully, they hung him already.

Al-Dulaimi said that neither the defense team nor Hussein's family have been given an execution date.
The U.S. State Department also says it has not been told when Hussein will be executed.
Iraqi law requires that the family be allowed to visit the day before the execution and that they be notified by the prison administration of the date the sentence is to be carried out.
A senior Bush administration official said Thursday that the execution is likely to be "a couple of days" from now.

There was a post on here that had Husseins's maternal half brothers or brothers-in-law visiting him. One was an al-Tikriti. I can not find it now. It named them, and said it was unclear if a paternal brother had visited him. I did not mark it, and do not recall the title. It could mean the deal is done if it was the day before the execution.
