Cool graphic!
It's too bad they can't let all of the volunteers who wish to hang him, take a turn. Then Saddam could be hung about 100 times (plus).

Cardinal Renato Martino, Pope Benedict XVIs top prelate for justice issues and a former Vatican envoy to the U.N., condemned the death sentence in a newspaper interview published Thursday, saying capital punishment goes against the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church. This isn't the first time this Tartuffe has opened his mouth in defense of Saddam. The Vatican should kick this a-hole to the curb.

Wow. Happy New Year.
Any guesses as to political ramifications?

Another example of the sick tributes the NY Times pays to evil monsters upon their deaths... Yep. No question about it. They sho' do love monsters who live and murder somewhere else.
On the other hand, they have reviled every GOP President we have had for the past 38 years, but gave our Chief Pervert praise to the highest hills when he was infecting the office. I really can't wait to see what sort of fawning obituaries they write for him. Soon, I hope, so I can p!ss on his grave. There will be a long line so the wait will be really long. I hope they bury him on a steep hill so I don't have to wade in big puddles of it.
