An oath sworn on the Koran is, of course, worthless to a non-Moslem.
How many Senators' and Representatives' oaths are worthless no matter what they swear upon?
But truthfully, how many congressmen lie when they put their hand on the Bible? To me the point is moot except that it may raise awareness that the Koran encourages Muslims to lie to infidels.
Exactly- Most everything in the Koran goes directly against the constitution of this country- Ellison is in OUR country NOT his- He abides by the wishes of OUR citizens- NOT the Muslim comunity! If He can't stand before OUR God and swear an oath or affirmation & be bound by our God's oat- then he has NO business serving!
