Hi Karl....I didn't mean to make light of it. It's just that my husband and I laugh all the time at the fact that you are a rebel these days if you DON'T have a tattoo or a number of them.

As for the shooting, it makes me ill. My son-in-law is a police officer. Two days ago, a 25 y/o officer in neighboring Oceanside was killed by some punk gang-banger for no apparent reason whatsoever. The officer left behind a wife and 2 month old son. It is almost unbearable to talk about.

Simply wearing the uniform makes them targets. So much evil out there.

The suspect ... was a male Hispanic or Filipino in his late 20s or early 30s, with short hair or a shaved head, and tattoos on both arms. He is 5 feet 7 inches to 5 feet 9 inches tall, 210 to 220 pounds.
