This was an important report on the events involving the Berger theft of Archive documents.

There is no question but that he was observed carefully and that his efforts to retrieve the torn up documents deposited in the trash met with failure.

The question on the minds of every DC reporter should be...... Where are the torn up pieces and did the law enforcement observers retrieve them?

I'll bet the pieces are in custody somewhere.

No reason to think the Bush administration will begin to prosecute the Clinton Criminal Gang now after six years of looking the other way...."new tone" and all that, dontcha know.

I'm going to dissent here..........

Though, Burger belongs in jail, that will never happen, we as a country has far greater issues that need to be addressed.

The intelligent part of the country knows what the Clinton crime family is all about.

We as conservatives have much larger looming issues than pointing out Burger, which is no surprise, a scum bag who works for the mob boss impeached ex president

"I'll bet the pieces are in custody somewhere."

They were given to Bill and Hillary for safekeeping.

Did anybody else hear the same report on Brit Hume as is being reported here? No other story on this has been reported this way by any outlet. Everyone is reporting on the IG report with a mention from Berger's lawyer that he considers the matter closed.

I am so glad the Republ;ican Congress we had during the past three years since Berger committed his crimes held hearings and dug deep into all this. Plus, that Bush Justice Department sure does mean business, doesn't it?

Every time I think about Berger's crime and the wrist slap he got it makes me vomit a little.

I'm getting mighty tired of seeing all these Washington elitists breaking laws the rest of us would be prosecuted over!

Golly gee, if I didn't know better I'd believe they operate entirely above the law and inside a rarefied air bubble! /sarc

Where's my tar bucket?

Why is this crap coming up now?...Again? This happened several years ago, and the fat fool virtually got away with it after a slap on the wrist fine. NOW, its in the MSM again. What's new?...Another Clinton criminal gets away with a crime. Any average person doing what he did would already be doing time. Pathetic commentary on our law enforcement practices.

Hmmm... just what happened to cause him to (apparently) change his mind and try to retrieve the torn-up documents?
