How unfair! If Joe and his shysters can't try this in the kneel-down media, they're sunk!

I added Wilson's name to the headline... since I'm sure NBC didn't want to. ;)

I caught in on Hardbowel last night... it was at the tail-end of the show. Matthews was taking every word from her mouth as gospel... again, dragging Cheney into the conversation as well. Pure propaganda.

I'm bored by the whole Libby trial. It's nothing more than a political show-trial, it belongs in the Stalin era. He's on trial for being a republican, and a convenient target, nothing more.

Someday we'll be able to tell our grandkids about WWIV - where the US fought (and defeated) its enemies in a two-front war against both Islamofacists and internal traitorous media. Someday we'll be able to tell our grandkids about WWIV - where the US fought (and defeated) its enemies in a two-front war against Islamofacists and their American allies, our internal traitorous media/mediots and Rats in Congress.
The attempted electronic/fishwrap coup of our president by the Wilson/Plame a$$holes, that was aided and abetted by the treasonous mediots will be one of the most important stories of their defeat.

U.S. District Judge Reggie Walton writes in an opinion today, "the Court would not tolerate this case being tried in the media." So, what does this mean? That if they appear on more than seven talk shows, he might consider doing something about it?
Plame/Wilson have been using the MSM to spread their lies for three or four years, pretty much nonstop.

Just for the record, have you not just defined WWIV as a three front war? Islamos, mediaos, politicos?

I have considered America to be one front with our 3 enemies, the Islamofascists, the mediots and their buddies in Congress. You may be right.

Seems like you see people going to jail for "lying" about non-crimes. Martha Stewart did time for "lying" to a federal agent investigating a legal stock sale. Compare that with Sandy Berger who stole national archive documents, hid them, destroyed them and lied about it.
He gets a fine.

I saw that interview on Hairball last night...that woman is with CREW...who also worked to out Foley, right before the election.
I have no trouble with Foley being "outed" and made to leave the House...but, CREW knew for a lot longer time..and just timed the "outing" to help the Dems.
I think they should put Wilson in jail for not testifying!!

Liberals are like crawdads : just a bunch of bottomfeeders who think retreating ass-first from every confrontation is "progress." Apply a little heat and they always turn red and stink.

The judge is an idiot. This case is all about the media. If he had any nuts at all he would have already dismissed this albatross.

If the 5th amendment meant anything (like so many amendments), no one would have to go to jail for refusing to testify against themselves. That's what's got me ticked off about the Stewart case.

My question concerning this case is, how/why does an attorney for Joe Wilson know ANYTHING concerning this case? The civil suit (imo a bogus suit by the way) has nothing to do with the perjury/obstruction of justice case. I wonder who Fitzgerald is talking with and why.
To: johnny7
Wilson doesn't want to testify in Libby's trial?
Why?
Will he have to give up Russert, Mitchell, and other Dem hacks posing as journalists?
