Kofi Annan, the former Secretary General of the United Nations, has held his farewell press conference and is finally shuffling off into a plush Swiss sunset.
So, while the laughter fades away, we're being told that there's an ongoing problem with the free lodgings once bequeathed the pirouetting little anti-American peacock by the US taxpayers as the curtains on his storied reign at the UN come down, thanks to an article in the New York Sun.

I got your heavily subsidized Roosevelt Island apartment right here!"
Kofi- the man who accomplished nothing, and helped those in need even less, will be retiring with not one- but two multi-million dollar pensions and a rent free swank penthouse paid for by taxpayers- http://sacredscoop.com
A public official whose relatives live in rent controlled housing? Shocking! Where does Kofi think he is - Cambridge, MA?

I e-mailed a copy of this article to O'Reilly, maybe he can make some statements regarding the UN and Kofi's personal mansions and bank accounts.
Well, that's calling a thing by it's right name!
"some hellhole in Africa"
I like this idea. Consider it economic development for some impoverished nation. Kind of like when a city puts a new government building in a high crime area (ex. the registry of motor vehicles in Boston was moved to a high crime area of town)...
