She may yet decide that she cannot survive the scrutiny of a presidential run.
Listen carefully to her ticking off of the criteria for her decision. The "effect on my party and my country" is BS and her out, should she decide not to run.

If you also check the indicia of both the serial rapist and the rape victim, you will understand why all the professional rape specialists who interviewed Juanita Broaddrick during the impeachment of bill clinton found her very credible.  Either the clintons raped and threatened Juanita Broaddrick... or they did not... and ALL the evidence supports the former. (Note that the clintons NEVER denied the allegation of rape and revictimization: Doing so would essentially render the statute of limitations moot a la an OJ civil trial.) Americans ultimately will not hire a president they would not hire as household help. I do not know anyone who would hire a rapist and accessory after the fact as her gardener or babysitter. My two cents' worth--and I think it is the two cents' worth of everybody who worked for the Clinton Administration health care reform effort of 1993-1994--is that Hillary Rodham Clinton needs to be kept very far away from the White House for the rest of her life. Heading up health-care reform was the only major administrative job she has ever tried to do. And she was a complete flop at it. She had neither the grasp of policy substance, the managerial skills, nor the political smarts to do the job she was then given. And she wasn't smart enough to realize that she was in over her head and had to get out of the Health Care Czar role quickly.... there is no reason to think that she would be anything but an abysmal president.
