WHAT was the "mistake"???
Well of course. When you go fishing you go to a lake or stream right? You don't just throw your line out the front door and hope a fish happens by.
"Park Police said Barry's license was in fact suspended, and that's why he was arrested."
The law should be changed, black democrats should be allowed to drive with a suspended license. Ted Kennedy ran his car off a bridge and killed a woman, all while driving with an expired license and drunk. He faced no charges.
So whats the deal, only fat white Democrats can break laws?
It's obvious.
The Bitch set him up!!
Or maybe it was: The JOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSS!!!!!
A suspended license because of a "bureacratic snafu" at the DMV - "The gliitch set me up!"
Car towed off to an impound lot - "The hitch set me up!"
Two hours in the emergency room - "The stitch set me up!"
Secret witness testimony to the whole affair - "The snitch set me up!"
Another month in detox - "The twitch set me up!"
Etc, etc...

*snort* The DC government, huh? Can't blame this one on Republicans!
Dudden matter. He is a COP, and he was arrested. He is under charges, thus, which easiest way out??? PLAY THE RACE CARD!
That was my reaction too! The DC Department of Motor Vehicles is notorious as a messed-up bureaucracy full of phantom employees who never show up and real but incompetent employees who do. It's entirely possible that they actually did screw up and fail to correct something and thereby help put Hizzoner into jail for the night -- something he richly deserves. BTW, the District of Columbia government has over 50,000 employees for a city of less than 600,000 residents. That ridiculous number was built up considerably under long-time mayor ... Marion Barry.
