It really should be completely lawful to beat some people with sticks.

So now the left has gotten the police to enforce political correctness! The police should be doing accident reports and catching criminals, not telling people to stop singing Christmas carols!
The USA is no longer free. It has become a fascist-leftist-controlled police state.

One too many sensitivity training sessions. God forbid somebody finds the idea of eternal life appealing.

"I just thought it was really rude," said Samantha Moore, a student in the choir. "Everyone basically thought it was really stupid." Eyerly said she accompanied Cohen through most of the night and that the skater appeared to enjoy the carolers.
"The comical thing is that Sasha wished everyone a Merry Christmas," Eyerly said.

Man alive! The skater herself didn't even file a complaint, yet the carolers still had to stop!
That ain't right.

This makes me really angry. Our Jewish friends are always very gracious about our observance of Christian holidays. This presumption that they'd all be offended by Christmas music or other celebrations is an insult to the Jewish community as much as it is a suppression of Christian religious expression.
I'm always aware of the depth of religious censorship at Christmas. Our children's school concerts are carefully programmed to avoid any mention of Christ. The music alternates between winter/seasonal favorites and Jewish music. It's OK to sing of Hannukah but not Christmas. I like Jingle Bells and Sleigh Ride, but I'd sure like to hear Joy to the World too. When caroling with a group of our church youth last week, I was sad to learn that they basically didn't know Christmas carols. They knew the music and lyrics to Rudolf the Red-Nosed Reindeer and Jingle Bells, but no religious carols. Singing them once a year on Christmas Eve just doesn't suffice for learning them.

Why no address to the Riverside mayor or city officials? They need to be asked why a city government official took such unlawful action.

Just what were the police officer and Michelle Baldwin going to do if the choir director refused to stop the singing and proceeded with their program? Tear gas? Nightsticks? Handcuffs all around?

Michelle Baldwin flew across country to stand in line for hours to have Jimmy Carter sign her copy of his new anti-semitic book. She thinks Israel is the problem in the middle-east and that Arafat was a great leader. Baldwin also endorses right of return. I can see why she thought that Cohn might be offended.

Amber Eyerly, with the New York-based PR firm
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
I bet Amber is a graduate of a **very** expensive and highly competitive top-name university.
Amber has spent several years on a campus that has totally indoctrinated her in the evils of Christmas. After swimming in a sea of anti-Christian bigotry, not only in school but with other top-tier college grads at her New York PR company, Amber is likely surprised that a Jew would not be offended by a Christmas carol.
And,,,with a name like "Amber", I am guessing she is about 25 years old.

And if the choir had refused to stop singing?
What would the fascists do? Arrest them? Mace them? Take out their tazers and stun them?
The Left and PC crowd should be fearful of the day when Christians feel so threatened and cornered that they emulate the muslim hordes and resort to a Holy War against the atheist cabals.
