A private laboratory hired by the prosecution in the Duke lacrosse case failed to report that it found DNA from multiple males in the accuser's body and underwear, according to a defense motion filed today. The lab, DNA Security of Burlington, found that the DNA did not match the three defendants, their lacrosse teammates or anyone else who submitted their DNA to police, including the accuser's boyfriend.
The new evidence emerged in thousands of documents handed over to the defense in October.

Cy's peeps?
Is there a BABY? Gretta says Nifong is an officer of the court and then started back pedalling.
I've been out all morning - just going over thread and watching fox.
The potted plant needs to be watered. Judge Smith is another **ickensh*t NC judge who's scared of the potbangers. The feds need to take over NOW!!
Another Dumba** chikchen NC judge. He just essentially doubled Durham's liability exposure by keeping Finnerty and Seligmann out of school and costing them a season at Duke.
Probably. I believe the detective in the OJ trial had to testify because he was walking around with a vial. IIRC, he went to the lab to pick up the results which knocked my socks off. I don't know how it got to the lab.
So the family jumped to the conclusion that it was born exactly 9 months after the party? Ted Williams doesn't even have that slender hook to hang on to. LOL
Yep.
Court TV is saying that Nifong said that the accuser will testify in February.
Why don't I believe that?
Are you sure? I distinctly remember my ObGyn once telling me that a blood test for HCG will reveal pregnancy at any point in the pregnancy, even if it is very, very early in the pregnancy. Maybe I'm wrong...I'm certainly not an expert.
Was he just on Fox now?
I guess she just stands her drawers up in the corner when she's not wearing them.
The AP has it, but not many more details.

Paternity Test Ordered in Duke Rape Case
By ALLEN G. BREED 12.15.06, 12:59 PM ET
I think this is where Nifong said that DNA is not necessary to prove a rape case. What he forgot to say was that DNA can exclude people. Oh, yeah, I forgot, they were wearing rape suits.
Throw the drug trade and government corruption into that mix.
She's going to testify the day she gives birth? ;)
Uh oh.......Rufus Edminston is on Court TV smacking on Nifong.
And he's a Democrat, former attorney general.
No, but I'm waiting for Greta's show tonight to see his reaction to today's revelations. See ya there. LOL
She'll drop by on her way to the hosital.
Meadows on CourtTV now....
That's what I'm watching.
