Assemblyman wants proof of legal residency
CARSON CITY -- Newly elected Assemblyman Ty Cobb, R-Reno, said Monday he has requested a bill to prohibit Nevada residents living here illegally from receiving most state benefits, including the Millennium Scholarship for academically qualified high school graduates.
Cobb's measure, now being drafted, would require a Social Security number or some other form of identification showing a person is a legal resident of the country before he or she could gain access to state programs.
Although emergency medical care would not be included in any ban, many other state programs could

This is unreal but I know it is true.
On Lou Dobbs tonight he mentioned that the illegals are stealing small childrens SS# because a child doesn't use a number very often so it is harder to detect a stolen number.
Dobbs also mentioned that business owners give the SS# of a previous employee to the illegal. It is not a felony to give away SS#s but it is a felony to use them.
I'm with you! It is outrageous. But here's another twist. Now they don't have to use rented or fake SS# because they've just been granted the right to collect SS if they have worked a short time (44 monthes I think), whereas we the American citizen has to work for far longer before collecting.
The other thing that galls me is the banks kissing their butts with everything from FREE money transfer to Mexico, lower interest loans, etc! How can an illegal get a loan anyway for anything? I have to prove everything! And then when they don't get their way, they stage massive protests. That's when I'd be rounding them up! I stopped going to a favorite restaurant when they went to the walk out. Screw 'em! Go home and fix your own country! is what I say!
It was suggested that I use the word in my tagline. I was afraid I would be banned.
But, I think I'll check it out. How about it? Check my new tag, tell me what you think. Suggesting changes would be nice (I'm not terribly creative)
I find is all very confusing!
Please excuse the long response I hope it posts alright---was very strange on preview
Correct
It's probably Section 8. Landlords can get more money that way than by just renting to people who actually pay. I got a 30 day notice once because the landlord said he could get twice what I was paying that way.
If that's the case the landlord is not going to care what they do as long as the check clears.
They either make it match or they are fired, illegal or not!
Over the last 50 years i've fired hundreds for a lot of reasons.
I don't have to give them a reason, just hand them a check and tell them to go find a job.
I'm an employee so my decisions are dictated by my boss. The school district here did exactly as you did; employees sued, and their jobs were re-instated. The legal process is ongoing.
Here's another of the zillions of frauds illegals are perpetrating on the US:
'FORGER' HELD IN TIX SCAM By DAVID SEIFMAN
November 17, 2006 -- John Nevarez figured if he could use his expertise to secure green cards for immigrants, perhaps he could also use the same skills to overturn parking tickets.
That skill was his talent as a forger, authorities say. The Manhattan man was charged yesterday with submitting more than 70 fraudulent documents to support dismissal of 37 parking summonses totaling more than $3,700.
The City Department of Investigation said Nevarez, 54, and his associates produced phony receipts to prove that vehicles were disabled at the time they were ticketed. Nevarez allegedly charged the owners 50 percent of the fine.
In July, Nevarez was indicted for stealing $200,000 from 40 victims while posing as an employee of Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Thanks for the post. As long as we don't have leadership at the top, IMO, there will be more and more of these illegal scams. What a mockery this country is coming to. Law and order? Haha.
