Amen to that.
That or Hellary becoming President.
When we get hit again...and with the Hezbocrats in charge I think it will happen...they will point the finger of blame at "W" although they have been kicking, screaming, dragging their feet, and fighting us all the way. They will accept no blame and the media will back them. The mindless numbed robots will agree.
The Baker-Hamilton report recommendations broadcast to our enemies that America no longer has the "stones" to do what is necessary to beat an enemy into submission - the only true way to prevent long bloody wars.
If you behave submissively you invite predators to test your ability to defend yourself. If they find that you are weak, they will attack you and take what they want.
Oh you know that`s exactly what is going to happen. And Bush could be out of office for years and it won`t matter, we get hit in 2009 or something the media will be blaring non-stop as the cause "The Bush administrations failures in Iraq". Yet the two fronts we are currently fighting, the insurgency of the Treason party and their Islamic co-horts will remain untouched.
BTTT
"....we remain a place where Gwyneth Paltrow refuses to live."
Something that makes the US all the more appealing. Now if only we could get a few more of the Hollyweird crowd to join her.
Alec Balwin was going to leave, but NOOOO. he has to be protesting a nuclear power genertion plant somewhere in New Jersey, so the power wil have to come from the burning of coal or something else equally politically incorrect.
Weenies, wusses and whiners. They don't even have the courage of whatever few convictions they have, unless they are in the middle of a mob.
They give sheeple a bad name.
I was watching this Friday night and thought he was excellent. His commentary is spot on.
Once again, the visual effects are unnecessary and distracting. Granted, I wouldn't know any of those sports references, but I'd get the gist of it.

"What's wrong in Iraq, quite frankly, is that we're not brutal enough to the insurgents."
Right on!
He's right.
Since 9/11 half of us are stocking up ammo
and the other half ask:
"Does this burqua make my butt look big?"
I have to agree, but then again, I'm not a broadcast media consumer. Most people are. And I must admit that the visual on "googling" Dr. Hang Noor was very effectively engaging. Also, the familiar and welcome (for many) Billy Crystal schtick was a perfect illustration that drove the point home; me, being of my generation, got the reference that my folks would have missed. I think whether or not the visual grate is a generational thing, and I'm kind of in the middle. I know my folks would hate this thing becuase of the distracitons. But on balance, I think Miller's doing the right thing. He's following his instinct.
Amen to that.
If only it were true. Gwyneth is great for bashing America, but note that she rushed back to America to have her child here in the America she hates.
Bravo Tango Tango
It would have been a blessing not to have allowed news photographers into military prisons.
"All the armies of Europe, Asia and Africa combined, with all the treasure of the earth....
could not by force, take a drink from the Ohio, or make a track on the Blue Ridge, in a trial of a thousand years.
At what point then is the approach of danger to be expected?
I answer, if it ever reach us, it must spring up amongst us. It cannot come from abroad.
If destruction be our lot, we must ourselves be its author and finisher.
As a nation of freemen, we must live through all time, or die by suicide."
I always liked that quote.
