I have to agree, but then again, I'm not a broadcast media consumer. Most people are. And I must admit that the visual on "googling" Dr. Hang Noor was very effectively engaging. Also, the familiar and welcome (for many) Billy Crystal schtick was a perfect illustration that drove the point home; me, being of my generation, got the reference that my folks would have missed. I think whether or not the visual grate is a generational thing, and I'm kind of in the middle. I know my folks would hate this thing becuase of the distracitons. But on balance, I think Miller's doing the right thing. He's following his instinct.
I'm not a broadcast media consumer either, since I don't have a t.v. Perhaps that's why I find the visuals distracting.
