Prayers go out to all. My mother's friend who is nearly 90 had a pacemaker put in about a month ago. He's better than ever!

Hang in there Gram. I know these things can be difficult. My Mom had a stint put in, and I didn't even know about it until it was a
fait accompli .
I was up there last week, and she's looking great. Having a hard time because of the reason we were up there. My sister-in-law, 47, passed away from cancer, about a month after being diagnosed, and less than two months after starting to feel fatigued for no good reason. She left 2 high school age kids, and of course my brother.
But a pacemaker is nothing, even in a older gent, and a valve replacement is pretty routine too. But I will still be thinking of you and yours.
