Hamas met with a delegation of "important Democrats" who expressed interest in relations with the Palestinian terror group even if it doesn't recognize the right of Israel to exist, a Palestinian news website claimed today. Maannews quoted a source in the Hamas-led Palestinian Authority stating the terror group felt it important to meet with members of the Democratic Party since, the Hamas source said, the party will likely win 2008 presidential elections.
Stacie Paxton, a spokeswoman for the Democratic National Committee, told WND the party was not aware of any meeting.
Maannews is an independent Palestinian news website based in Ramallah and Bethlehem. Sources close to the website told WND the site receives some funding from the governments of Denmark and the Netherlands.
According to the report, the alleged meeting with the Democrats took place in a European country following a series of preliminary meetings with representatives from the British and French governments.

"Hamas met with a delegation of Democrats"
Why bleeding not! They think alike! They have the same goals!
Yep, which is what the demorats want. Having the rats names would be nice.
I'm almost sure Teddy Kennedy was in Europe a few weeks ago.
a snip further on down the article..
Thanks for posting.

"Of course Americans should vote Democrat," Jihad Jaara, a senior member of the Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades terror group and the infamous leader of the 2002 siege of Bethlehem's Church of the Nativity, told WND last month.
"This is why American Muslims will support the Democrats, because there is an atmosphere in America that encourages those who want to withdraw from Iraq. It is time that the American people support those who want to take them out of this Iraqi mud," said Jaara, speaking to WND from exile in Ireland, where he was sent as part of an internationally brokered deal that ended the church siege.
Jaara was the chief in Bethlehem of the Brigades, the declared "military wing" of Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas' Fatah party.
"Stacie Paxton, a spokeswoman for the Democratic National Committee, told WND the party was not aware of any meeting. "
What STACIE should have said is that NO member of the RAT party would in any way, shape, or form, meet with any terrorist group under any circumstances. Her response should NOT have been that the party was "not aware" of any meeting. This says it all for me.
Oh chit, now those same dummycraps will be glorifying terrorists before the cameras.
The moronic voters elected these people, so suck it up and deal with your stupid choice.
Democrats meet with Hamas. Hamas who wants to "drive all jews into the ocean."
and
Jews vote for Democrats.
Does this mean american jews support hamas?
Yes he was...and we need to find out who else in the dem party was in Europe recently.
However, I just saw an interview with James Baker and Lee Hamilton...done with Brit Hume.
Brit says that Baker is "remarkably" upbeat about the idea that 'we could flip Syria'...into helping us...
And the way he talked, Baker seemed to link Syria's help with Hezbollah and Hamas...
I wonder if BAKER and gang could have been in on this "deal" with Hamas????
"And 90% of all US Jews voted democrat..."
I suspect many of those Jews don't care whether Israel exists or not.
People who never believe a word uttered by Hamas will believe this instantly.
bttt
Anybody seen John Kerry?
My dollar to your dime: Jim McDermott, maybe David Bonior.
I don't really care what the truth is; let's just say that they did. :-)
I am hopping mad...
James Baker tells Brit that we can "flip" Syria...who has a lot of ties to Hezbollah AND Hamas...
And, after finding out what Kennedy did during Reagan's presidency to screw up his Cold War strategy...I BELIEVE this happened.
But, I want names, so they can be tried for the criminals they are.
I want NAMES of these so-called "important Democrats"
Yerp.
