Can you give some examples of recent Savage strike outs?
It seems like Savage was screaming to the national GOP to even get on deck, much less step up to the plate in this last election.
The national GOP (i.e. President Bush) lost this last election by FORFEIT.
I made it a point of changing away from Weiner's station here when it became known that he was supporting Moonbeam for AG. 24/7 weather reports are more interesting than Weiner.

Here's what a "conservative" is supposed to be?
* Doing his very best to destroy American sovereignty by melding America into Mexico into Canada???
* Bush43: "I looked the man in the eye. I was able to get a sense of his soul.

* Allowed his wife to call a homosexual partner's mom the "mother-in-law" ???
* Allowed the new Iraqi constitution to have a clause where no law would contradict Islam.
* Wanted to sell US port operations to Dubai - a nation that supports terror.
* Advocates a completely open border - to the detriment of national security.
* Calls the Minutemen "vigilantes".
* Continually calls Islam a "religion of peace".
* Pursues "free trade", not fair trade. "Free trade" has not been very fair, so far.
* Supported Specter over Toomey.
* Told Hush to host Specter with softballs, and then Hush carries the water.
* Continually supported Linc Chaffee, and what did it win in the long run?
* Let Ted Kennedy write the education bill.
* Did nothing to rein in pork barrel government spending.

Your obsession with acts of homosexuality is extremely apparent. Nary a day goes by that you and lormando don't mention some sort of perverted sexual act. Getting back on topic, only you Bushbots believe that the interview was favorable to Rangel. Pretty much the only thing that he and Savage agree on is the re-instation of the draft. The only "love fest" I see going on is between the both of you on a nightly basis.

Perhaps you find the historic use of the name Veronica blasphemous too. You need to become more educated before you become so offended. The word "icon" is derived from the Greek word eikon meaning image and has no religious symbolism then or now. A religous symbol whould have been called a "vera eikon" meaning "true image", hence the name Veronica.
In modern usage icon simply means a representative symbol for anything. Limbaugh is considered an icon both by his greatest supporters and his harshest critics.
