>> Tancredo just let it slip that he considers anyone of Latino origins to be illegal aliens. <<

Source? Your assertion sounds very similar to a what was, in fact, said by Tan Nguyen, a Republican congressional candidate from California, not Tom Tancredo.

If not for "Terrible Tom" and his brigades, we would have had another amnesty.

And the more "Terrible Tom" looks like a lunatic, the more marginalized the anti-illegal movement becomes.

He is going to kill his cause, mark my words (and that sucks, because I really believe in his cause. I just think the guy is a wingnut).

I was reminding people of who was elected in those cities, not their last names. Bloomberg, and before him, Giuliani, are hardly the type of politicans that Miami and reconquistadors-occupied Los Angeles are.

1. One of the state's strongest GOP enclaves? What a laugh riot. Miami-Dade is blue territory in a red state.

2. And, when the census department cannot guess the number of illegals within a factor of two, how can you possibly suppose you know how many illegal immigrants are in Miami-Dade?

3. The degree to which Miami-Dade's immigrants ARE legal is largely due to the fact that immigration laws were written to accomodate Cuban boat people.

"Miami-Dade County's immigrant population is 89% legal, and is one of the State's strongest GOP enclaves."

That means 11% are illegal. Out of the 300 million people in this country, if, let's say, 10% are illegal, that's about 30 million. Who's the idiot!

Man, every time I get on one of these threads, I start to think We've been invaded, not only by illegals but, by the DU themselves!

Please, one of you brilliant intellects out there, explain why anyone would think Open Borders and Multiculturalism in this age of Terrorism, is a good thing.

Is Detroit a shining example of a "First-world" city? Isn't their mayor named "Kweimi"? No, he's not an immigrant, but his election is a symptom of the massive immigration of radical Muslims pouring into the Detroit area.

Detroit is, however, an example of what happens to those most hurt by illegal immigration: Rather than hire native-born Americans (poor and inner-city blacks), corporations just simply import illegal aliens. I'm not going to actually blame all of Detroit's problems on illegal immigration, but it certainly is a factor.

Go Tancredo. It is a breath of fresh air to see someone say what they truly believe instead of cowtowing to the politically correct. Come on Jeb, if he's wrong give us the ethnic breaddown in Miami. Then let the people decide if he is wrong. Just to say he is wrong because one lives there does not cut it. Facts man, just give us the facts.

Have you seen the AFL-CIO lately? The leftist's thugs manage to retain control of the AFL-CIO by signing up illegal aliens to vote!

"You just pick it up and take it and move it someplace. You would never know you're in the United States of America. You would certainly say you're in a Third World country."

That's what he said. Everything in the statement hinges on how you perceive America -- what you assume America looks like and sounds like.

"But there is a bit of a twist. Most of Miami's immigrants are legal and came from Cuba."

They just probably all look like Mexicans to Tancredo.

If Tancredo can't be President, then neither will Jeb Bush.

Bush's political career is finished, thanks to his last name.

I disagree. Everything in the statement hinges on how you perceive Miami, Florida.
