I can't get the video to play. I even went to the main page and clicked on the story and only got a couple of commercials.
It would seem one of the moms gets it and one doesn't. Let's hope the one who seems to get it keeps her kid away from the other from now on.
This is what parenting is all about. Mother used it as an opportunity to teach a valuable lesson. The kid will never forget it. What a different world we would live in if every mother took the time to love and teach.
No wonder the one kid is such a brat...he has a really wonderful role model. Well, to her I say, "Go ahead and try it! Because I'll bet there is a lawyer that will gladly take the countersuit. In fact, I hope that the homeowner sues you for not watching over your brat!"
I'd make sure that the payments go directly to the court so Mrs. Sue You can't get out of it!
It plays the commercials first, then gets to the story.
Thanks. I tried one more time. Media player was stopping after the commercials. I just kept hitting play until the video ran.
You are welcome. Remember what our moms taught us, "if at first you don't succeed, try, try, try, and if that fails find your father!
That was true for me, but for some reason, with my own kids, it's the opposite. ;)
Ah, kids these days....!
Dying laughing here. You sound like my husband. He has his Santa on a HD tied down so well I don't think we will ever get it down. Its sad that kids do such mean things. I would think that mother would be glad to know her son was involved so she could deal with him. I guess she just doesn't know how to parent. Maybe the judge, if it gets to a court will order treatment or classes for both the son and her, sure would make sense.
'Treatment', indeed. >:-(
That would be the answer. I remember having to go cut a switch from a bush and God help you if it wasn't up to par. Then my dad went and got one. However if you were to do that today you would end up in jail. This mother doesn't have a clue about raising her son, maybe classes would help her though I doubt they would. Life would be better if things were the way they used to be but thats not going to happen.
Fast forward five years, which of these moms is going to be the one being interviewed by this same TV reporter because her "nice boy" is no longer with us? Sad, but so very predictable. Have a safe day.
