Hey, thanks, Tarkus! To be honest with you, I like Savage--have heard him several times before--but I'm not a regular listener. But I do read these threads...(and the security situation you guys are having has been bothering me, so I thought I'd come in and give a word of support).
And thanks for the words about the Enfield...it pays to have a generous Uncle who collect guns!

I wonder if savage will touch on the radiation poisioning of a russian kgb agent. I think the agent did it himself to smear Putin. And I think what happened to the newreporters needs to happen to ours. autrocities committed on chechynas blah could be the same bs Tim Mgurk was reporting on. so what troops were heavy handed on the enemy.

Just FYI, if I listen to Rush at any time during the day, I feel qualified to post to the Rush thread. I listened to Rush pretty much 100% until a year ago, BTW.

Here's what a "conservative" is supposed to be?
* Lets Ted Kennedy write the education bill.
* Wants to sell US port operations to Dubai - a nation that supports terror.
* Advocates a completely open border - to the detriment of national security.
* Calls the Minutemen 'vigilantes'.
* Continually calls Islam a "religion of peace".
* Pursues "free trade", not fair trade. "Free trade" has not been very fair, so far.
* Supports Specter over Toomey.
* Told Hush to host Specter with softballs, and then Hush carries the water.
* Continually supported Linc Chaffee, and what did it win in the long run?
* Did nothing to rein in pork barrel government spending.
* Allowed his wife to call a homosexual partner's mom the "mother-in-law" ???

Why are you addressing this to me? This thread, the one I host, is the only talk radio thread I engage in. I could care less about your Rush thread. Speaking of Limbaugh, I think he needs help in carrying those buckets of water. Better go give him a hand.

I was blowing off some steam on the Limbaugh thread earlier.
No big deal. I was pointing out the history of some of Rush's goofy comments, and they got mad at me.
Well, I will cherish the term "infidel", lol.
The funny thing about the .303 is that it was my first gun. My uncle knew I was looking for one, but I was looking for something more along the lines of a .22 rifle (which I did buy recently). All of a sudden, out of nowhere, he's showing me all his guns and just hands me this old British Army Rifle and says "Here! You can have it if you want!"
