How come the Canada health care system does not have a phone number for this guy to call and get some help? Or maybe calling the mother and asking her - are cell phones not in Canada?
Canada has a health care system? I thought when you got sick up there you just put your name on a list until you felt better.
I suspect they do we have an NHS help line in Britain I would like Canada does as well. All chemists in Britain and doctors surgeries have cards with on the counter with the phone number you can ring for advice.
