I come here often and read and get much enjoyment and knowledge. I dont post very often so I may seem like a stranger. My wife was diagnosed last Tuesday with with a 2 inch tumor in her lung that is probably cancerous. We would sure appreciate any prayers that anyone would be inclined to send up. She says isnt afraid of dying but doesnt really want to leave our girls yet. She is only 49, way to young.

I have been told that the patient's attitude can have a lot to do with their recovery, so I encourage you and your daughters to help keep her spirits up. They are making so many advances in the treatment of cancer and it is curable today. I don't know where you live, but there are many great cancer centers. I have heard very good reports about M.D. Anderson in Houston. A friend was diagnosed with cancer and went there and found out it was not cancer, but rather an infection!
I will continue to pray for your wife, and I hope you will keep us updated on her treatment and recovery. Blessings!
