The article notes aggressive law enforcement has reduced the murder rate in Compton. But you wouldn't know that from reading the misleading Drive By/MSM headline. They give the impression its getting rid of the guns that are making Compton safer. The truth is its exactly the reverse.

A statistical analysis was made to determine the amount of guns that would have to be bought back to make even a 1 murder difference in the crime rate. I forgot the number, but there isn't enough money in a normal city budget to buy up enough guns to save even one life.

Sure! They did this in Minneapolis two years ago and homicides went up.....OH! Nevermind!
