Death is too good for this verminous bastard. And lethal injection is a pathetically easy death. I say release him on an Army base right now, or better yet, on the deck of an aircraft carrier and show the results on TV.

I am praying that we have the courage to execute this traitor.

Treason today can cost millions of lives. I fail to understand (other than the Democrats sympathy toward traitors) why the penalties in the modern nuclear/chemical/biological weapons age has been reduced to hand slapping.

Hell, if I was ever "civilized" I would have been Gator scat, a long time ago! I try to be gentle and sweet, just because of my naturally sweet disposition, but I ain't hung up on it! Stomp on my toe, and I'll kick your balls, at least twice, with a bright shiny smile plastered all across my face! Don't take this personal, you know who I'm talking about!
I was raised to be a "gentleman", had to study Emily Vanderbilt's book, about what fork to eat your greens with, even had to take piano and waltz lessons, ended up a Redneck in a swamp, just because it made the most sense, and was the best expression of my intelligence. "A brain is a terrible thing to waste", watch out, lest any of your kids turn out anything similar, to Rudy Giuliani!
What would Rudy ever do, if his lawnmower wouldn't start?
A. Hire a smarter Mexican.
B. Hire 2 smarter Mexicans.
C. Give up, and brag, about his "natural" lawn, and draft legislation requiring everyone to have a "natural" lawn.
D. Exercise his brain, a bit, and figure out how to start the freakin lawnmower!
I sold hardware for a big chunk of my life, saw a whole bunch of urban folks who never, ever, saw a pipe wrench, let alone a lawnmower, until they moved out of "The City", and all of a sudden had to turn their brains on, for the first time!
I can look at all kinds of classic art, I can spot a Bruegel, even, don't need to see the signature. I reckon that Rudy can, too, but, can Rudy pour piss out of his boot?

Good job.

I'm a self made, do it yourself kind of guy myself. I've always tried to be a gentleman, that's how mom wanted us boys to be.

Dad always taught me to never pick a fight, but once one was started, make that lowlife beg for your mercy and make him NEVER want to fight you again.

We didn't pick the fight our country is now in and I will show no quarter should ANY fool come for me or mine.

I don't live in a swamp like you...it does sound nice. I live in the Olympic Mountains, with the high ground, on 5 acres with my Bride of 34 years and our dog. My daughter and her family are 22 1/2 minutes to the east, and my son and his family are 13 minutes to the west. We are all Red. White and Blue to the soul..... and, we are ready.

Gowadia, a 62-year-old engineer who worked for 18 years at Northrop Grumman, could face the death penalty.

Okay.

he needs to hang, but too bad it won't happen. On the other hand, I blame whoever hires these people.
I'm a software and electronics engineer, and would love to get a job that makes a difference, but it seems like there's so much red tape out there, they will hire scum like this because of "who he knows" and he's good at bsing rather than hiring a true patriot who would protect his country's secrets at the risk of his own life.
This is what america has become and it's sad.
But I don't place the blame on traitors like this alone... those who open the doors for people like him to have this kind of access deserve the same.
Obviously his background check missed something important... character. But they don't check for that anymore. They believe that a person's actions at work can be separated from his personal life. That's how we're blessed with muzzies, sodomites and perverts in our military and we're wondering why we seem to be loosing the battle. I'll tell you why: Because we've allowed putrid apples in with the good ones and we think that everything will be fine. All these scandals (Abu Grahib, Haditha...), they happened because the US government no longer believes that a person's character is the most important thing. Yeah, good luck people... ya'll can keep believing that our military is invincible, but the truth is that we need to repent as a nation and separate ourselves from the rest of the trash... Too bad that will never happen.

"This case demonstrates that the DoJ [Department of Justice] will vigorously prosecute those who illegally transfer such information and services to foreign countries."

Sure. Wen Ho Lee is laughing every time he goes to the ATM to withdraw money. Sandy Berger is in his expensive house eating a steak dinner and drinking fine wine every night. The DoJ hasn't proven a damn thing to me.
