UNITED NATIONS, Nov. 18 (UPI)-Israel's ambassador walked out on the United Nations session that resulted in a strong call to Israel to end its military operations in the Gaza Strip.
The 192-member General Assembly voted Friday night 156-7, with six abstentions, in favor of the non-binding resolution in an emergency special session.
(Snip)Israeli Ambassador Dan Gillerman conducted a news conference nearby and blasted the session as a "farce" and a "circus," Ha'aretz reported Saturday.

They and the US should of walked out decades ago.
There is only one reason I think that we are still in the UN. That is...Keeping our eye on the enemy.
In the 1940s the UN would have ordered the US to end military operations in Europe and the Pacific.
I'm surprised that the Israelis even show up in what is ever more hostile territory.
Let's Americans walk out now.
Remember this:
Zec 12:9 And it shall come to pass in that day, [that] I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.
How can anyone take seriously an organization that continues to screw Israel yet overlook the terrorists in Palestine?

The U.N. dealings with Israel and the U.S. reveal what a losing proposition it is to remain a member.
We should withdraw giving detailed good cause, and ask them to vacate our natio.
We should then put U.N. employees on a no entry list.
The 192-member General Assembly voted Friday night 156-7, with six abstentions, in favor of the non-binding resolution in an emergency special session.
We would be well-advised to remember at all times that Israel and the United States don't have many true friends in this world.
Thanks BigFinn.
We should press this Washington gang of rats to pass a resolution Saying that America will always support Israel and it's right to exist, and it's right to posess the land they call home.
PERIOD.
I don't know, but the level of antisemitism has risen enormously. No one will admit to it, or they insist that they hate Israel and love Jews. But almost all the leftists I know have turned into what, to me, looks very much like antisemites.
People who are nice in every other way just seem to be morally blind to the situation in the Middle East. Academics, liberals, ordinary people. It reminds me of Hannah Arendt's somewhat questionable phrase, "the banality of evil." People who are nice to their kids, good neighbors, but just have a screw loose about Israel. And about abortion, and family planning, and so forth. Something in the water, apparently. It's very disturbing, because complicity with evil is -- evil.
The UN likes us like a rattlesnake likes a mouse.....
Gillerman is another UN ambassador that I LOVE! He isn't afraid to stand up to the Euroweenies or the Islamonazis. He is Israel's John Bolton.
Yes, we are definitely in the end times : Israel and christians being persecuted world wide, this world will be completely obliterated, and this persecution is its death throes...I will bless those who bless you, and curse those who curse you, saith the Lord God to Israel.
The sad thing about that, what indicates that it's less than truthful, is that Israel itself is a pretty left wing country. Basically socialist, with free enterprise allowed, particularly among the small shops and other smaller businesses. Maybe about like Sweden.
Yes, I agree.

Dan Gillerman is awesome, I am proud of him.
That's 156 nations who are royally pissed off that the NAZI's didn't finish the job.
