Frito Bandito in Escondido?
:The suit, filed by the American Civil Liberties Union, alleges that the law illegally punishes landlords for renting to illegal immigrants."
The nativists are going to get restless again.
Irreparable harm? Unbelievable!
B.S.
Tyrant judges deserve tyrant consequences.
One of the landlords, Roy Garrett, welcomed the decision.
"(Illegal immigrants) are there, it's reality, it is immoral to force them to leave," Garrett said

I'm sure he is not going to think "it is immoral to force them to leave" (eviction) when one of these illegally "immigrants" don't pay their rent.
>> Irreparable harm? Unbelievable!
Wait until employers of illegal immigrants are similarly shielded from suffering 'Irreparable harm.'
Fixed
I love your screen name. :)
And thank you for the "fix."
I must be getting old. 2:00am used to be 'uptoolate', now more like 12:00.
My pleasure.
Maybe 'upnotaslateanymore'???
lol! I'm with ya on that one.
roflmao! YUP! My brain wants to stay up, but not my body (and I'm not so sure about my brain anymore either).
So the judge is supporting lawbreakers? Interesting!
We're close to hearing that every day. We can't get force illegals out of the country "or the economy will suffer".... etc. In the meantime, taxpayers get socked with more bonds for affordable housing, highways, and so on. It needs to stop. I'll be rooting for Escondido! If they lose, I may move to Mexico! lol.
