Well if the GOP is so hamstrung by these concerns then perhaps we need a new party that harkens back to the principles of our founders. The Republicans weren't even formed until 1856. Maybe the party has run its course if these anti-Giuliani types can't come to grip with reality. I still believe they must have this secret desire to see Hillary become president. Remember what happened in 1992. They voted for Perot and got Clinton. Talk about cutting off their nose to spite their face. Well, they might be about to do it again. No thank you. Until these "Islamonazis" manage to kill off 45+ million Americans over a 30-year period, you don't really have a point. When you realize that the U.S. death toll on 9/11 -- an attack against this country of historic proportions -- didn't even exceed the average daily death toll in the abortion clinics of this nation, you'll understand why most of us "social conservatives" aren't buying the nonsense that half-@ssed conservatives are pushing in the Republican Party.

For conservatives, he is Hillary. On some issues, he's to her Left. His personal life is messier with an ugly divorce less than five years in his past in '08. And then there's his gay 'mother' thing with those two gay guys.
