If Lott wins I guess that means the party moves closer to affirmative action.

You would think that Lott would stil be a little embarrassed over the poor job he did last time and would stil have his tail tucked between his legs.
His coming out again means one of two things , Either he has grown a set, or he is beyond embarrassment.

Is Lamar any better then Lott? I cannot believe Lott thinks he can slide back into a Leadership slot. After his disastrous "power sharing" agreement in 2001 I do not thinks we can afford him. The LAST thing we need is a "bi Partisan" type in Leadership! Past time for new blood leading the Senate Republicans

Sen. Trent Lott (R-MS) will run for Senate Minority WhipThis should be used as another example of insanity: Doing the same thing over and over yet expecting different results.
I would be Lott will be endorsed by most Democrats.

Go away, Trent, you spineless weasel. Nobody asked you. You were worthless the first time around. I don't know who was worse at this job - you or Frist.
Bush said it - you don't get do-overs.
