Hillary 'Exhausted,' Plans To Mull Presidency Run

Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton, says she's "exhausted" from the 2006 campaign and wants to "take some time and get focused on the work ahead of us" before thinking about a possible run for president.

Clinton said with Democrats taking control of both houses of Congress, "Democrats have to produce results."

She promised dozens of supporters at an airport rally in Albany that Democrats will raise the minimum wage and produce energy legislation to cut dependence on foreign oil. She also said Democrats in Congress will adopt the recommendations of the national 9-11 commission.

Clinton's stop in Albany was part of a victory tour of the state. She had stopped earlier today in White Plains to thank supporters.

Senator Clinton says she's pleased that women ran well in the 2006 election and that Nancy Pelosi will become the first woman speaker of the House. Clinton added: "Slowly but surely people are looking and saying, `Well, what do you believe?' not, `What's your hair style?"'

I still think she won't run unless she believes all the tough decisions of the war are over. The clintons like power, but don't seem to interested in hard decisions...Also I don't think they could pressure all of iraq with only 700+ illegaly obtained fbi files...

She was on a victory/Presidential campaign fundraising tour long before this election.

I didn't even notice her running for reelection here, of course I didn't notice anything she's actually done for NY since she's been here except fundraising for the big show. And making promises of something or other that Bush ruined somehow.

She's a poor victim of this unnecessary campaigning thing in NY. She shouldn't even have had opposition, don't NYers know who she is?

Bill Clinton kept the chair in the Oval Office warm for her. He will be remembered as the do-nothing President, whose only real job was to be Hillary's personal "Occupied" sign in the White House.

She's hyperthyroid and hopefully will be too exhausted to run in 2008. Hillary ain't the model of health PLUS she comes across very bad to certain audiences as condescending and/or shrill

<< says she's "exhausted" from the 2006 campaign

If a cakewalk like that has her exhausted she should consider staying home in 2008 and...baking cookies. >>

Your picture (Post 27) is of a woman who every single day of her life wakes up, gets herself onto an elbow, looks all around -- and says, "Is THIS all there IS?"

And repeats the exercise obsessively throughout the day until when exhaustion finally overcomes her, she falls into unconsciousness and remains out to it until morning, (Or until the Senate Page nudges her) when she wakes up, gets herself onto an elbow, looks all around -- and says, "Is THIS all there IS?"

Some guy on the radio said he thinks NANCY PELOSI wants to be President.....he mentioned the DETERMINED look in her eye, and he is right!!

I think the guy on the radio is right. Impeach Bush and Cheney. PRESTO! Guess who becomes President. Don't discount it. I bet it has entered her mind. The interesting thing is how will the Queen dispose of Pelosi?

It's gonna get worse. From now on, Freebie Nation will be treated with media updates on how this totally empty suit is dealing with all the emotional and physical strains on hear as she nears the time when she will rule the planet.

For the common good, of course.
